« DEZEN DEZEN is an artisanal screen printing workshop that recovers the traditional printing of Central and Eastern European scarves. The family business, founded in 1938 in Zagreb and now in its third generation, specializes in hand printing in small runs of clothing and accessories, combining original screen printing paintings preserved and restored over the years with contemporary printing technologies, thus giving new life to patterns that would otherwise be lost. Goga Mason, decides to tell the story of this activity with an animated short film that traces the vicissitudes following the war in former Yugoslavia. Alessandro Fiorin Damiani, composer and sound designer, enriches the work with an audio contribution inspired by the vicissitudes of the activity and its protagonists. » [Marco Cernogoraz]
